First off, even before you start dieting you should educate yourself. For us to properly help you we need you're hight weight age gender then we can go from there. Im not an expert but I defiantly know how to cut. I was ~320 and now im 240 still going strong. If you want to properly build the machine known as your body then you must properly fuel the machine. It looks like you have the right idea moving towards clean foods but with out proper macros being ment your only using up muscle and storing fat. Yea the scale might read less weight but you've effectively made it harder to lose fat.
