That API vid on youtube is great!!

50 minutes of hard cardio and conditioning but im sure that it would have HUGE rewards!! Especially the gas mask part, making the lungs work hard!!!

Hydration is the key, you can have enough water on board, ive been trying to keep it to around 8 pints per day, maybe more if its a warm day.. Peeing like a race horse!!!!
