i started about a month and a half ago and im already loseing weight and getting more toned.
i do both running and sprints, lifting (circuit training) as well but 3 times a week. i run 4 times a week, sprint 2 times a week. but lately i been doing alot, i have like a shit loud of energy lol
It pisses me off when people say "toned". WTF is toned, your muscles don't get "toned" or shapely...
