Well he is obviously a good enough fighter to where he has a winning record of 10-4-1. If he wasn't such a good fighter he would have a loosing record like Tank Abbott!
Look at his last 4 matches dude: He beat a bad TV comedian, Lost against a guy with a losing record, won against a relatively unknown guy, and suffered defeat against a guy half his size. Think about this. He built up his record by beating guys way smaller than him, and cans, or veterans. He recently lost against Ikuhisa freaking Minowa. He needs to improve his ground game if he wants to be respected in his own weight division. If he simply can't be arsed to do this, and he wants to go back to squishing lightweights that porbably won't gas him, he can do what he wants. Those crazy Japanese fans will still love him, even if he does end up with a losing record until he retires.
