I know, I know, dumb question.
I am way out of shape and tired of it. I am looking for motivation and was wondering if Training Logs and Nutrition Logs were a good way to help myself.
If yes, what is important to mark in these logs (other than the obvious for nutrition and the training log)? Goals you'd like to reach? Things you would like to accomplish? Or is it just simply marking down the exercise and number of sets you do throughout each week with each workout?
