Alcohol and Exercise

Hey everyone. I've done some research on the science of alcohol and how it's so bad when you're trying to get into shape. Either way, I enjoy a good night out (too frequently) and was curious about everyone else's ideas on how to maintain a healthy balance between partying and continuing to improve cardio and strength conditioning.

And yes, I know, the best way is to not drink at all...but let's just assume that that is not an option!
