3 rounds skipping, 3 rounds shadowboxing, combos on the kick sheild, combos with gloves and shin guards.
Warm up run + tumbling, shadowed the double leg take down, practiced shooting with partners, practiced taking down. Learned a new one where you shoot the double leg, once you're on their side you run forwards with their legs, and then change directions, lifting your far arm into their arm pit and pulling on the back of their leg with the other. Works decent. Then we did rounds sparring takedowns, then we did king of the mats with takedowns. Did alright, I'm also bigger and for the most part more experienced though. I'm certainly no wrestler right now.
