No xplode is also another product, pricey too, it contains creatine and stimulants primarily. It also contains the potentially dangerous neuro toxin known as glycocyamine or gcc, use at your own disgression.

Preworkout products are extras and are meant to give you a pump. They are not at all necessary and does not take priority over protein, creatine, multi, fish oil, diet, and proper training. When using creatine be sure to drink plenty of water as you need it so it can work at it's best. Creatine is safe and proven to have positive effects on the body including lowering cholesterol, better brain function, etc.
It is a pre work out...when do you take your creatine.......after you workout???? The fact that I state its a creatine and you say its not then list that it containes creatine in funny.....

And of course your gonna take it before you work out....

If we are getting specific it has I believe three creatines in it....It may not be just creatine but its in there.......and gatorade delivers creatine bette to muscles than water......

Look at hte ingrdients heres just one the rest are in the link above.......

With COP™ (Creatinol-O-Phosphate) to enhance anaerobic glycolysis and CPT (di-Na Creatine PhosphateTetrahydrate) -- two designer creatines proven in VPX labs to be resistant to conversion to creatinine. This eliminates bloating and allows transport of intact COP and CPT into muscle tissue!

40,000 milligrams of anabolic PROTEIN FRACTIONS in just one serving! No cheap dextrose or waxy maize fillers.

NO-Shotgun is the most advanced product of its kind…Bar none! VPX is so confident in the effectiveness of NO-SHOTGUN that we have a $100,000 offer on the table to ANY supplement company that can conclusively prove – ina double-blind University Study – that their product is better at producing lean muscle, generating greater ATP production for more explosive workouts and initiating NO induced, blood engorged pumps.

I also intake fish oil and at least 90 mg's of protien.....45mgs in the morning with a shake containing tablespoon skim milk, teaspoon peanut butter (good fat), blueberries, bananas 1 1/2 and two cups of oatmeal, and ice.....

Repeated at night minus the oatmeal......
