taking it in powder is also better, digests better and quicker into your system

ive taken both tri creatine and mono hydrate creatine,

i weighed 150 with monohydrate,

started taking tri creatine, i weigh 145 now and look the same. im also as strong if not stronger than i was before, which is probably jus a result of training and diet, not really from switching creatines.
