Training (or lack of it)
I have come across a problem.
Most of the time I can only hit the mats once a week some weeks none but some weeks twice.
Is this gonna cause my gains and problems?
I feel that I am improving even though my schedual is a bit unpredictable.
Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol
