**Today was a brutal day. The BBB press was a bit too much, so I had to switch to PP for my last 15 reps. I haven't done sets of 5 on deadlifts in forever, and it sucked, but my form was spot on, and although my grip was tired from all the reps, the weight never felt heavy in my hands. 150x8 ties my
PR for jerks, so I guess I'm happy with that.
