I normally dont do reg bench. I use dumbells on that. I incline 225x12
Squat did yesterday 315x12
and I just do hyperextensions for lower back. Last time I did them like 2yrs ago did 385x12.
I do all of these in pyramid sets
Wow never really looked at my stats. Ive never maxed out cause I dodnt have a training partner to spot me.So I never tried
