If a member who has a record of trolling posts a trolling thread(this is usually the case, from what I have noticed), especially one that isn't creative or interesting the least bit, it should be closed for obvious reasons, as well as not so obvious reasons, such as the troll learning that he needs to straighten up as his antics won't be accepted.
