Mon: Kickboxing (jump rope, pushups, situps, partner combination drills) then point sparring.
Tue: Lifted chest/back and some bag work. I had nothing today.
Wed: 3 mile run, I think it's standup striking at 5:30. That class was pushups, situps, jump rope, partner pad work and then live sparring.
Thur: 4 mile run, fun ass partner pad work in the evening.
Sat: karate (pushups/situps/stretches) punching & kicking drills and pad work, then a 3 mile run. This is what happens when you want to help two kids with different interests and different schedules work out.
Sun: 1 hour of "power" yoga (Rodney Yee DVD). He is well regarded, however this DVD didn't work me much except for upward bow pose (a backbend). I must just be a beast.
