Didn't do conditioning this morning, too sore.

Skipping, Shadowboxing, techniques with a partner just practicing footwork. Advancing and retreating and countering, pivoting, etc.
MMA
Warm up run, tumbling, techniques and drills today were just escapes from mount, side control, back control. Got two rounds of rolling in. Got out worked by Kajan and one of our fighters. Tough day. My shoulders and elbows really ache today.
They want me to fight october 10th now, and it's a 4 hour drive away.
