Hey this is my first log so im going to post what I have done this week.

Monday weights
Bench Press 5x5
Squats 3x5
Pendlay Rows 3x5
Front OH Pess 3x5
Skulls 2x10
Crunches 100

Tuesday Calisthetics
Chins to fail 4 sets
Split/shoot squats 4 sets of 10
Chins to fail 3 sets
Shoot squats 4 sets of 10
Power pushups 3 sets of 20
Burpees 20
Power pushups 2 sets of 20
Burpees 20
2 sets of chins
2 sets of 20 dips
2 sets of 20 pressups
2 sets of squats
Stretch and finish

Wednesday BJJ gi

Thursday Weights
Incline press 3x5
Squats 3x5
Behind neck OH press 3x5
DL 3 x 5
Crunches 100

Friday BJJ

Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol
