Mon 8-24: 3 mile run, kickboxing, point sparring. Sparring was relatively short but I still had the heart pounding, lungs at near-maximum capacity, "no mas" feeling.
Wed: 4 mile run, karate at 5:45, kickboxing at 6:45. Hence the lazy ass rest day on Tuesday.
Thur: 4.25 mile run in the late morning, standup striking and some grappling, about 70 min, in the evening
