Tue: Lost my job (or rather, my position was eliminated) but I did the elliptical for 40 minutes and the bike for 15. feeling full of fail about now.
Thur: 5 mile run, grappling at 5:30.
Fri: 40 min pad work, then a couple of drills after class.
