Was exhausted by the time this class rolled around, got crazy full body soreness from the lifting. We did a bunch of stuff working against the turtle. Mostly working with seatbelt control. My favourite one you just use your leg to hook their arm instead of their leg, and with that arm there's an easy choke or GNP.
