I'm 18 also weigh around 240 and tbh I was always a big boy growing up
squat 550 x 10 ( most ever attempted was 625 for maybe 2 second rep wasnt perfect)
Bench 365 x 5 ( Most was 425 for 1 at the end of my pyramid)
For the past year I really never wanted to go below 10 reps during my workout (except on benching pyramids) and run before my workouts
My sport is wrestling
I'd whip that ass..........Kidding
