Sunday 8-30: 4 mile run. 9:30 min. mile. Not great, not terrible.
Mon: pushups, situps, jump rope, 45 min. pad work, 30 min point sparring.
Tue: 4.5 mile run, went back in the afternoon and lifted bi's and tri's.
Wed: group karate class: jump rope, pushups, situps, kicking drills, chamber drills.
Thur:3 mile run, 20 min bike.
Fri: 1 mile run, some bag work, I had nothing this morning. Kickboxing this evening.
Sat: There wasn't kickboxing last night due to the holiday weekend, unless I totally misunderstood the text from my instructor. Today I ran 4 miles.
