Looking back, when I started the barbell complex 6 months or so ago I was struggling with just the bar (45lbs). Now I'm working on completing 80lbs. Taken into consideration that there's 252 repetitions if I complete all 6 sets, that's a pretty decent jump. Sometimes it feels like I'm not getting anywhere, but in retrospect the slow and steady rise is encouraging.
