Bunch of exhausting warm up stuff, guard passes, ground and pound, americanas, kimuras, triangle from mount. Rolling I just taught noobs some stuff and then showed them who's boss.

Everything hurts. Suppossed to go to the pro gym for MMA sparring tomorrow.
