Mon 9-07: 75 min. including jump rope, pushups, situps, partner pad work, sprinting drills, live sparring. A tough awesome workout.
Tue: various drills including kimura sweep, armbar, triangle, guillotine from mount, americana, anaconda. I bled so I felt like a badass. Not aerobic, but I got sweaty and my heart was pounding.
Wed: group karate, pushups, situps, kicking, blocking, angling drills.
Thur: kickboxing (running, kicking, punching and blocking drills, then partner drills with all standup, standup with takedowns, and submission fighting).
Fri: open sparring.
Sat: grappling. I made my regular partner tap. I couldn't believe it.
