AfflictionWorld renowned MMA clothing company, Affliction, reached into their pockets and pulled together an organization of top fighters, marketed & publicized by Affliction Entertainment VP, Tom Atencio. This organization, unlike their competition, is open to cross-promotion.
good lord, on the ground? in general, theres no question who wins. fedor is one of the baddest people on earth. if 44 year old randy couture could whoop his ass, fedor is going to dominate him. were talking about the undisputed heavy weight champion of pride. the man was undefeated in undoubtly the best mma forum ever. and he didnt fight chumps, noguiera, randlemann, fujita, mark coleman, cro cop, gary goodridge, semmy schilt... "As of January 2008, Emelianenko has compiled an amateur record of seven wins without any losses,[27] and a professional record of 28 wins, one loss, and one no contest. Six of these wins are by knockout and fifteen by submission." the nc was an accidental headbutt and the loss was a massive cut. tim sylvia, pray to god... because you are 2 months away from meeting him. fedor 2nd round at the latest knockout.
fujitas a chump
randleman strong yes good wrestler yes but not a great mixed martial artist....definitely not top 10 HW
coleman was washed up when he fought fedor
and schilt while a good striker not exactly the best in the world either
I'm very pleased to see Mark Hominick on this card, he always give a good show.
Damn right, I'm glad someone mentioned this. Mark Hominick is a great fighter with superb striking and takedown defense. Can't wait to see him fight on this card. And of course he's a Canadian boy, gotta support the local fighters

so you got nog and CC
Same thing I was thinking. Fedor is a bad ass, no question, but he really hasn't fought any top competition for a while. Tim might just catch him with a heavy shot and stun him, then...something could happen. Anything can happen in a fight Also, I think Big Ben might actually take out Arlovski. Ben is a beast and he's definitely bringing his best on the 19th.
This has to be the best fight card in MMA history. Someone already said it, but hell yes, Dana White must be jealous. The proof is that he's putting on that Silva fight on the same night. I'll be watching that one immediately after the Affliction show though, I won't lie
God, it's a great time to be a MMA fan!
WOW!! Cuban is de Man. I assume Dana must be pissed about this. I suppose we'll never see another Affliction shirt in the UFC Octagon? What a great card. I love that the UFC has some decent competition now. I hope it means 2 great cards a month or more. I can't get enough of it. Fedor is going to dominate Tim. I would imagine after that that Cuban will pay for the Couture-Fedor fight. He's a real cowboy that will be an MMA force to be reckoned with. Watch the rear view mirror Dana, here comes the cavalry.

Damn straight!! Had beers with him in Montreal during UFC 83. Great fighter and top notch dude. I'll be cheering him on here in Toronto.
Fedor against Tim is going to be an interesting fight... I see Fedor pulling out a victory here, not to ride Tim off, he definitely has a good chance if he can keep it standing.
For anyone who cares, or really matters to
