And I'd rather watch Aleks Emelianenko vs. Buentello and Rog Nog vs. Vernon White. Anyone agree? Instead those are on the undercard

Those two are the ones that will be shown on Fox Sports Net prior to the PPV. I think its a good idea because they should be good fights and could prompt people to go ahead and buy the PPV. Plus Babalu is a bigger name with casual fans.
