Affliction World renowned MMA clothing company, Affliction, reached into their pockets and pulled together an organization of top fighters, marketed & publicized by Affliction Entertainment VP, Tom Atencio. With each passing day, this promotion continues to expand, signing some of the most elite fighters in all of mixed martial arts. This organization, unlike their competition, is open to cross-promotion.
So, the dream fights that hardcore fans have always longed to see, will more than likely be fought under this company’s banner.

Though I like Lister a lot I just think it's a real hard match up for him.

It depends.
I don't think that Maia would have a snowball's chance in hell at fighting Anderson off of his back, unless he caught him right away.
Jacare could deal with Anderson's jiu-jitsu if he got on top. Still, I'm not convinced that he'd be able to hold Anderson down. That'd be interesting to watch.
It'd definitely a hard matchup for Dean. I think he'd get killed on his feet, but if he hits the ground, then I think he can finish Anderson, which is more than I can say for Maia and Jacare, who I think would just try and outscore him with the judges.

The Matt Lindland I saw against Fabio Negao would get picked apart by Anderson Silva. Period.
I think Lindland is a little too one dimensional to stay in the top 5 at 185. I think he will lose his next big fight, unless he shows up in great shape or if it's against a wrestler/grappler.
Great interview though.

Yeah, I do think that the Negao fight was tough.
His next fight is against a wrestler (Prangley), so we'll see.
I do think that Matt's all around game is underrated, but I do think you're right about the Negao fight.
