UFC 2009 Undisputed hits shelves on May 19, 2009, but those at Le Centre Bell (that would be the Bell Center for the English-speaking world) got a sneak peek Friday during UFC 97's pre-fight events.
Looks pretty sick. The detailing is as amazing as you'd expect a game to be these days. Even ring girl Arianny looks as just as flawless as in real life.
It would seem, based on the demo I watched, that if you play UFC 2009 Undisputed by THQ on the easiest level, you can really hammer away on people until the referee steps in to stop the fight. That's right, folks, referee Mario Yamasaki will step in to stop a fight. Quite a jump from Mario the referee in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!, huh?
There are a few secret players that users will be able to unlock, but THQ reps refused to say who they are. We're guessing that by May 23, someone will unlock all the characters and tell everyone online who they are.
