ROUND 1
Sarnavskiy has Tirloni on his back in a flash, but it's not with a takedown. Sarnavskiy shows off the same violent tendencies as his teammate Alexander Shlemenko, unloading with a wicked spinning back fist that cracks Tirloni square in the face. The Brazilian is badly rocked but manages to hang onto his consciousness and defend. Tirloni bucks his man off of him and drives on a single-leg but finds himself caught in a triangle attempt. Sarnavskiy takes his time, keeping his left leg over the shoulder of his opponent as Tirloni tries to escape. When Tirloni lifts the Russian for a slam, “Tiger” smartly grabs Tirloni’s leg and pulls down on his head, cinching the hold tight and leaving Tirloni trapped. Tirloni, who still seems like he's on autopilot after the spinning back fist, is forced to tap out.
THE OFFICIAL RESULT
Alexander Sarnavskiy def. Ricardo Tirloni via Submission (Triangle Choke) R1 1:08
