Bellator Featherweight Championship: Joe Warren (c) vs. Pat Curran - Round 1 - Warren scores with a takedown just fifteen seconds into the fight but Curran stands up quickly. Warren staying on him and Curran landing knees to the body. Warren just holding on here looking for the takedown. Curran finally turns him and puts him in the cage. Big right elbow by Curran and they're back to distance. Warren almost gets another takedown but Curran defends well. Curran scrambles out well. Nice punch by Curran. Warren tries for the takedown again and Curran keeps defending well. Knee to the body by Warren but he has to give up the body clinch. Big head kick hurts Warren, Curran pouring it on hnow and Warren is on shaky legs. Curran isn't attacking too much now and Warren is recovering. Uppercut by Curran lands. ANother big knee by Curran lands and Warren keeps trying for the takedown and can't get it. Warren does finally get a takedown at the end of the round but the big shots/near finish wins it for Curran. 10-9 Curran.

Round 2 - Warren misses with a spinning back kick. Warren finally gets a full takedown but Curran almost sweeps into mount and they're back to the feet. Nice jab by Curran. Nice leg kick by Warren. Head kick by Warren is blocked. Hard jab by Curran and another. Curran keeps working the jab. Warren looking for the takedown again. Warren with a knee after another missed takedown. Kick lands for Curran after he avoids another takedown and just misses a head kick. close round but I'd still go 10-9 Curran.

Round 3 - Nice uppercut by Curran. Right hand by Warren gets in to the side o Curran's head. HUGE KNEE BY CURRAN. Warren is on rubber legs. Curran is teeing off, Warren is still up but he is not fighting back at all, Curran landing clean over and over. Why is the ref not stepping in? Finally Warren slumps to the mat and it's over. Horrible, dangerous job by the referee. Pat Curran wins by knockout (knee and punches), round 3. Pat Curran is the new Bellator featherweight champion.
