Ugh... Ive had the worst gas this morning... and yet, I still decided to go to the gym. Im sure they appreciated my time there... who knows, maybe they all chalked it up to someone with really bad BO.
Today was the day to start on my hamstrings... yeah... basically Im committed to work on my legs as much (if not more so) as my upper body ... in the hope to achieve some level of balance. I also have a 'lazy' reason to work on my legs too... your legs are big muscles (duh) and big muscles require lots of maintenance... which, theoretically, means they burn more energy passively... ie. the more I work on em, the more tv I can watch
...oh back to the hamstrings... Im starting off small, not by choice, but because I can do jack all... ie. i dont even select a weight on the machine, I simply gank the pin out
