At the start of this week I decided to give creatine a try
Ive been reading about it for a while... but out of sheer curiosity I wanted to see if it would have any effect on me. Supposedly it works for some and not for others, so why not... worse case scenario it does shit all and Im out a few bucks.
This week has been 'loading' week so Ive been taking 10g of this stuff a day... and surprisingly enough, I can actually see a difference... and its only been a week !?!?
Sorta scary if I really think about it... i can see how people might use it consistently. From what I read, its effects are only as long as you use it (maintenance mode)... as soon as you stop, you drop that 'buff'd & bulky' look... but we shall see
I shoulda taken pic to do the before & after thing... ah well.
