At the start of this week I decided to give creatine a try
Ive been reading about it for a while... but out of sheer curiosity I wanted to see if it would have any effect on me. Supposedly it works for some and not for others, so why not... worse case scenario it does shit all and Im out a few bucks.
This week has been 'loading' week so Ive been taking 10g of this stuff a day... and surprisingly enough, I can actually see a difference... and its only been a week...
