The Journey Begins
OK so it is monday morning May 12th and the offical start of the whole plan to go from a fatman to a fighter. I am blogging this morning because I want to get in the habit of blogging every morning I am home. I have only had breakfast and taken my mountain of supps ie/Fish oil,Multi Vitamin and mineral, Joint Formula, CEE and daily dose of asprin.
I take most of those 3 times a day with creatine and protein shake after my lifting or striking workout.
I feel really good about starting today I am about to stretch and then walk a mile. I am not sure how many times I will have to rest during this mile walk but I will get on here and edit at the end of the day and let you guys know how everything went workout wise.
The plan is to walk 1 mile this morning after doing some flexability work, Then Lift while at work full body circuit workout no resting, walk another mile at work and spend some time on the heavy bag working strikes.
I will also weigh in I am expecting to be in the neighbourhood of 470lbs but will give exact numbers tonight.
