Day 4 is a good morning
Hey everyone well I already blew the whole posting everyday thing but I am still alive and well and really happy with my progress in the first 4 days. I had a big loss on day 2 of 5.5lbs going from 476lbs to 470.5 then yesterday showed another 1.5lbs down to 469lbs. So I out of the 470's and into the 460's.
I know much of this is water but it is weight I had to lose anyway. I will be going away tonight and for the rest of the weekend and don't go back to work till tuesday. I can only weigh myself at work because I need to use the shipping scales they are the only ones that go high enough.
I am hoping to keep the diet clean it will be really hard for me to get a lot of exercise in this weekend as I am running a youth retreat for my youth group all weekend. My goal is to keep the diet real tight and hopfully keep the weight loss in check and maybe drop a lb or 2 over the weekend.
I am going to try and meet with the conditioning coach today and get somthing from him set in place for tuesday when I get back. If that doesn't happen then I will just stick with what I have been doing which is 2500 cals with less then 30% from fat and carbs as needed with at least 200g of protein.
Alright I will post a Blog entry if I go see coach dave today but I won't be on all weekend due to being away. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
