Day 10 and we start it on monday
Hey guys so my wieght is holding at 463lbs so far I was looking to see the 450's by monday but we will see. I am already getting use to the workouts and I think that has a lot to do with the slowing of weight loss. Not to mention the water weight is gone now so its real fat I have to try and lose.
I got a call yesterday at work from the conditioning coach and I am set to meet him at 1pm Monday afternoon. I was starting to think they were blowing me off because of my size but it turns out he was calling my work at 2:30pm everyday and I don't start till 3:30pm lol.
So we spent about an hour on the phone and talked about what I was doing workout and nutrition wise and what his thoughts were for me. He seems extreamly educated in the area of conditioning. He is the trainer for many of the high level amature teams in the city.
I will blog on Monday and let you guys know how everything goes. I will also blog tommorow because I have ate like crap today. My macros will fall in line by the end of the day but I have had fast food twice after not eating it at all for the first week. It is a little frustrating but I tried to make healtier choices then I normally would have and like I say I will make the macros fit. The worry is the salt and putting on some of the water weight for a couple of days.
