Day 10 and we start it on monday

Hey guys so my wieght is holding at 463lbs so far I was looking to see the 450's by monday but we will see. I am already getting use to the workouts and I think that has a lot to do with the slowing of weight loss. Not to mention the water weight is gone now so its real fat I have to try and lose.

I got a call yesterday at work from the conditioning coach and I am set to meet him at 1pm Monday afternoon. I was starting to think they were blowing me off because of my size but it turns...

Day 7

Well I had a really good weekend. I did not get any workouots in except for enough walking to break into a sweat a couple times.

I weighed in today and at the one week mark I am down 10lbs. I feel great about those results. I am really happy and am looking forward to another big week.

All that being said I have still not had a chance to meet with my conditioning coach and or any of the trainers of the school and it is getting frustrating. I send them e mails and they...

Day 4 is a good morning

Hey everyone well I already blew the whole posting everyday thing but I am still alive and well and really happy with my progress in the first 4 days. I had a big loss on day 2 of 5.5lbs going from 476lbs to 470.5 then yesterday showed another 1.5lbs down to 469lbs. So I out of the 470's and into the 460's.

I know much of this is water but it is weight I had to lose anyway. I will be going away tonight and for the rest of the weekend and don't go back to work till tuesday. I can only...

Day 2

Alright it is day 2 and my back is a little tight as well my right knee actually the underside of my knee is really sore. I have been stretching it over and over and hope it will stretch out by the time I go to work so I can kick the bag tonight.

I am looking forward to bag work in place of lifting today if my knee still hurts I will just work by hand strikes. My plan is to start with 1 min rounds and 1 min rests for 20 mins I may need to up the rests near the end we will see how...

The Journey Begins

OK so it is monday morning May 12th and the offical start of the whole plan to go from a fatman to a fighter. I am blogging this morning because I want to get in the habit of blogging every morning I am home. I have only had breakfast and taken my mountain of supps ie/Fish oil,Multi Vitamin and mineral, Joint Formula, CEE and daily dose of asprin.

I take most of those 3 times a day with creatine and protein shake after my lifting or striking workout.

I feel really good...
