Good shit amigo, sounds like you've got a good feel on where you are at. Thanks for taking the time and having the honesty to write this out as completely as you did, it really puts things in perspective for those of us who are just fans of this sport. Without going to Ali G, much respect.

Sucks that you took a loss, but those will always help you the most. I never competed as a fighter, but certainly learned more in my losses in the sports I did compete in.

Glad to here you got such a close group up there too, that is very important. Goo luck in your next fight.

Shitty deal with the broken nose seriously recommend if its really swollen get it checked out once the swelling starts to come down., Ive broken my nose a few times just fighting (Not MMA) and never went to get it looked at, the last time I broke I got jumped by a guy who trains with the Canadian olympic boxing team and it swelled real bad and it was probably 4 years ago but I still have some restriction on my breathing, unfortunatly I waited so long to have it looked at that the doctor refused to rebreak it to set it, he recomended I go to a plastic surgeon to have it fixed but Im cheap so I just live with it, although if I played sports seriously it would be a problem as it would seriously effect cardio.

Sorry, to hear you lost the fight. But don't lose heart. You do it because you love the sport and there's nobility in that. From what I gather, you're building quite a reputation not only as a fighter but also as a person who pours his heart and soul to his chosen endeavour.

Sad to hear that you lost bro, but it sounds like it was an awesome fight and at the end of the day thats all that anyone cares about. I hope you can get some footage of your fights, because i would love to see them.
I like men that can cry, it shows that you have a lot of heart and passion for what you do and for the people around you.

Good luck on your next fight bro, i am looking forward to hearing about it.

Sounds like a good fight man, just shitty that you lost. From what I've read it seems like you put on a pretty good showing and more importantly you recognize every mistake you made instead of trying to gloss it over as bad luck, that is what's gonna make you a better fighter.

That's some awesome things your brother and your friend were saying as well.

Anyway, like people said don't lose heart cos of this loss, you're obviously gonna learn from your mistakes and come back better next ime which is what it's all about. Good luck in your next fight.
