I am not a fan of the Carnival atmosphere that surrounds Boxing and the WWE. I feel that the fights are reason I am watching and myself, I don't need a lot of noise and exaggeration to be excited about, and to watch a fight.
What I am specifically talking about are noisy introductions before the fights. I am pleased that the UFC no longer uses the hyped up, noise filled walk to the ring, the song is plenty, but Mike Goldberg yelling is excessive.
I suppose the worst noise is Michael...

I was recently involved in a debate on this forum. In that debate I discussed MMA as a Martial Arts style. There are differing beliefs on this subject, but I for one do not consider MMA a Martial Arts style. In my opinion, and in my understanding of MMA, it is and eclectic mix of the best most effective components of each Martial Art combined with the unique attributes of the user. Before a fighter...

This trend that has grown to unprecidented levels is that the blending of Martial Arts is not only a good idea, its necessary for the further development of Martial Arts in general. MMA is the embodiment...

At the start of this week I decided to give creatine a try

Ive been reading about it for a while... but out of sheer curiosity I wanted to see if it would have any effect on me. Supposedly it works for some and not for others, so why not... worse case scenario it does shit all and Im out a few bucks.

This week has been 'loading' week so Ive been taking 10g of this stuff a day... and surprisingly enough, I can actually see a difference... and its only been a week...
