Wow the date of the last post here is a bit old, any vistors to this stie probably think i gave up long ago.
I had a few set backs but im back again. I been in the middle of a big career move and for 90 days i was under probabation at this new job and had to tip toe around so to speak but i hvae since cleared my 90 days and have resumed training.
The knownledge is still there but the performace is not, you CAN NOT take a bunch of time off and think your gonna go in there and be the man, it just wont happen. The funny thing is that since i was not goin to the gym i also was not dieting the way i should have been and i have dropped way to much weight im just to light.
So after a rough session of training last night im back to my eating routine today. Its not easy i mean sometimes you just dont feel hungry but you have to force yourself to eat anyway and not only that but you have to force yourself to eat something you might not be in the mood for. These are some of the aspects of training that people dont understand, its not as easy as being born a big tough guy, alot of us have to work really hard to be in the right shape for this sport.
Well thats all for now but keep an eye on this site, i will be very active here from now on.
