Ok so yesterday I started the diet, so far so good, wasn't hungry at all during the day, had plenty of energy at the gym so im feeling good about making it all 4 weeks.
My weight is at 243 as of last night, I'm looking to get down to 215 so I can get a fight at LHW. Then from there looking to get to 200 or so and start fighting at MW.
My shakes consisit of the following.
1.5 scoops of GNC Whebolic Extreme 60
1 scoop of Milled Flax Seeds
