Velocity Diet

So today I am starting the Velocity diet, which basically is a liquid diet and eating one full meal a week. This is my test run today, to see if just having these shakes will hold me over and give me the energy needed to keep training all week.

I'm going to try and keep this Blog going for the 4 weeks you're supposed to do the diet, Ill post my weight and times I took a shake and everything else im taking too...
