Ok so yesterday I started the diet, so far so good, wasn't hungry at all during the day, had plenty of energy at the gym so im feeling good about making it all 4 weeks.

My weight is at 243 as of last night, I'm looking to get down to 215 so I can get a fight at LHW. Then from there looking to get to 200 or so and start fighting at MW.

My shakes consisit of the following.

1.5 scoops of GNC Whebolic Extreme 60
1 scoop of Milled Flax Seeds
2 scoops of benefiber
1 scoop of this GNC nutrition powder (can't remember the name of it or find it on their website)
1 Cup of skim milk

I take 4 of these a day and at 11 I take a pack of Muscle Pharms Shred Matrix and I am drinking water all day in between shakes.

I'm taking in about 2000 calories a day doing this which is way more then I was taking in when I cut from 240 to 215for my first fight back in august, and I had plenty of energy when I was doing that, so hopefully I'll still have the energy needed to keep training like I'm getting ready for a fight.
