I know I'll prolly get a lot of negativity for choosing this band. But **** man, I haven't stopped listening to them for over a month now! I just discovered them a few months ago, and I gotta say this is quickly becoming one of my favorite all-time bands.

First off, let's not confuse their music with "emo" shit. AILD is not emo, My Chemical Romance is emo. AILD is just a really talented band with a hardcore sound. I'm not big on throat singing, and perhaps it's just because I've been listening to them every day for over a month now, but I think AILD combines the throat singing with the heavy thrash metal pretty good. Even though you can't understand what the **** he is saying 90% of the time. That's not why I listen to bands like this though.

The reason I like AILD so much is their music. They have so many awesome songs. Their drummer is ****in insane! He's just brutal on those things in every single song. The riffs are great and they transition well and they all play together so perfectly. They are a very talented set of musicians.

The wierd thing about them I just found out recently was they are considered Christian Rock. That's hard to believe but it's pretty cool at the same time. At least their not singing about death and shit.

Any AILD fans in here? Take a listen to their playlist and lemme know what you think about them, good or bad. Try to ignore the throat singing if you don't like it. The music is what's important. After listening to these guys Slipknot sounds like complete shit. I really don't even like Slipknot anymore after listening to bands like AILD and Killswitch Engage, and I'm embarrassed to say I used to love Slipknot Some people might say I should be embarrassed for being an AILD fan, but ****em, these guys are incredibly talented, no matter what anyone else says.
