Do you mean to say that a child who dies from dehydration induced by diarrhea has to do so to test our faith? Or a child who dies from progeria? Or a child who is born with his heart outside of his body?
Actually, even tho I find this horrible and hurtful (the death of a child that is, not your message), I think this is a part of life, and not necessarily evil "per se".
It's more down to our relationship with death and how we deal with it (which is "fine" by me), but in other cultures, death is not a bad thing, nor good for that matter, it's just the end of a cycle
