DREAM DREAM is a new mixed martial arts organization promoted by: Fighting and Entertainment Group (owners of K-1), and co-produced with the former PRIDE executives from Dream Stage Entertainment. DREAM succeeds and will replace FEG's previous-run mixed martial arts fight series, HERO'S. The series has many of the elaborate production values of PRIDE FC.

Great news! The more I see this guy, the more I am becoming a big fan. IMO, he is making a very smart career choice here. His stock is really going to rise if he can win this thing...

Woah, if it is true then he is definately going to be a favourite. His Jitz is one of the best around and he is developing great striking skills too, perhaps in a few years he could even be a threat to Silva.

Suzuks he is defiantly not the favorite in a tourny that has Akiyama and Kang however he would defiantly be a contender and an intersting guy to watch. I think Jacare could win the tourny but he isn't the favorite.

He did say "a" favourite, not "the" favourite, so i'm thinking that he meant what you said - he's a contender.

Yep, and lets face it - aside from Kang, Akiyama, Sakuraba and a few others, there isn't a lot of top competition in this GP. That being said, Jacare has yet to be tested in MMA by a top level opponent so it'll be interesting to see how he does.
Regardless, Kang's actually my favourite to win the whole thing. |

Though most might not care, Ryuta Sakurai will be in the tournament, pending injury. At any rate, Jacare will do well, I believe.
