Woah just watched the Aoki fight, very impressive! I'm really happy Aoki won especially since I thought JZ was going to be too much for him.

You are talking about a man who made his name working and subbing Gracies. I haven't watched the fight yet soI don't know how he ooked physically, reflex wise and all, but Saku could beat Jacare on the ground, no question.

I don't know man, Jacare is younger, faster, very experienced grappler and very explosive. He's definately trouble for Saku on the ground

As was stated before, the only person that can compare to Jacare on the ground is Roger Gracie.
I told you all Jacare would take it, and it is looking pretty good for him to do so!
WAR JACARE!

No he can't. Jacare ATM is better at BJJ than those Gracie's were in the 90's. BJJ has evolved so much since the majority of the Gracie's were involved. It's so much faster now with more no gi comps. Jacare is a better submission fighter than any of the Gracie's Saku subbed in his prime. Saku won't sub Jacare now that he's kinda over the hill.

Come on now you also got lucky that Akiyama pulled out and that Kang forgot basic triangle defense. Especially Akiyama not being in the tourny is why Jacare is now one of the two favorites.

Saku definately has the skills to do it. He isn't beter than Souza as far as the sub game goes, but that doesn't mean he can't do it.

Agreed. Jacare is a beast. I'd like to see him and Damian Maia go at it.

Saku had the skills to do it. Now their is no way Saku beats Souza unless he KO's him on their feet and Saku's stand up has looked pretty crap lately.
