Alvarez is winning this GP I feel very confident in saying that. His Stand up is to good for almost anyone at LW and unlike Dida he can wrestle and his ground game isn't ass.
It's crazy because Hansen didn't really have a let down like usual he just didn't have enough to beat Alvarez although it was close.

Yeah, I can't believe they got finished, by the most unlikely opponents.
But you got to give it to them, their opponents were on their A-game last night. Uno looked absolutely incredible and Yamazaki looked great as well.
I was crushed though by how Ishida took the loss, the way he ran to the locker room with the towel on his head. And you could clearly tell Kawajiri was crushed as well. It was really sad, but I haven't lost faith in Ishida nor Jung. Both great great fighters.

I'm gonna have to go to an internet cafe and watch these fights. It's depressing, but not that bad, cos I am a big fan of Uno.
I also need to see Kawajiri walk through someone like a machine, and a good Nick Diz performance...seems like it's been a while.

great card, Mayhem was as crazy as ever, Uno suprised me, and it looked like Dennis Kang was bought out or something!
Geez! he's a higher level fighter than that! It looked like he wanted to be put in that triangle! IDK, I'm just dissapointed in Kang, I wanted him to win that one.

I see Alvarez winning this and then the UFC try and succeed in signing him. (I think he would do good in the UFC WW or LW division)

I don't know he might stay. All of the interviews I see him in he talks about how much he loves the Japanese and how he is recognized on the streets. Also he will already be holding a belt. Why leave that to go to the UFC?

Maybe he might not leave straight away but over time, if he loses the title (if he wins the GP) I think Dana will try sign him as he will have a big name behind him and the kind of contracts the ufc could give him would make him think about joining. (Over $60,000 per fight)
