I'll agree with this! Its not like the people of Stockton weren't going to miss out on Nick! They get to see the prelims! Sad bastards like us who choose to watch it on television don't (unless we order showtime) get to see it.

No, no they dont, I have never heard of a title fight being bumped to the prelims so the home town boy gets TV time.

And I wasnt saying Diaz shouldnt have gotten TV time just that he merely shouldt have gotten it over a title fight.

Everybody knows considering Silva a champ is a joke anyway. He's not even in the top 10. At least Elite XC's other champs can be considered top 10 in their division.

I thought it was pretty strange. Though the idea of Justin Eilers possibly winning and getting the belt shows you how weak their HW division really is.

This was all just before their own MW title fight!
I'd rather that than have them say Lawler is the best Middleweight in the World. I'm glad they actually tell the truth.

I beg to differ. Silva has to be considerd a top 10 heavyweight.

Only as much as the UFC was. Eilers was given a UFC title shot against Andrei Arlovski off a fresh loss to Paul Buentello. A title shot off of a loss? Yet alot of fans criticize EliteXC for giving him a shot when he has recently won 10 of his last 11 fights.

It's a bit of a catch 22.
