Wow, Beerbohm looked REALLY good. Those were some sweet as hell escapes and a firemans carry slam? Are you effin kidding me? Not to mention that vicous elbow that opened up a cut you could park your car in on Olivera's forehead, definitely Eastman like. Really good technical/scrambling fight with Olivera putting on a jitz clinic and Beerbohm showing some excellent defense and escapes. Surprise fight of the night candidate.
A buddy of mine called me earlier today and asked if I was in IN yet, he had an extra ticket. He helped Mike Stumpf cut weight the last few days and went to the show.
Unrelated note, EXC WTF is with having a female translator for a male fighter? Seriously, get your shit together, please.

Jason Guida is an embarrassment to the sport. Forget the fact that he gassed after the 1st minute and when he lost his mouth piece, they took 2 minutes out of the round to find it. When they couldn't find it, he refused to put in the one the ref gave him as a replacement. After that nonsense and clearly trying to take as long a breather as possible, when the fight gets stopped because he wasn't defending himself and was just covering up, he shoves the ref down. This dude really needs to try to follow in his little brother's foot steps. (Sorry for the run-on.)

Great fights! That dude from Poland is bad ass. I hope we see more of him. Jason Guida on the other hand... he needs to go away. He might be better suited to another profession, like landscaping or home improvement.

Yeah the Jason Guida Meltdown II was pretty embarassing, and probably career ending unless Clay can pull some strings for him. You don't shove the officials, that is just outright stupid. And the mouthpiece fiasco was humiliating, if ever there was a time for the world famous Dana speech "you wanna be a ******* fighter?" this was it. I don't think he is mentally cut out for this, physically either for that matter, he was absolutely gassed by the time the bell rung to start the second round. Somebody needs to explain to that dude from Poland about the " no hitting the back of the head" rule, he was taking plain shots punches and elbows square at the back of Guida's head.

Jason is a complete douche can't stand him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after TUF but not any more.
Now To the good stuff.
Olivera is a monster and even though he lost he impressed me as much as anyone on this card even more then his opponent.
Beerbohm wasn't bad either. The guy has real talent and while I think that he was pretty lucky the fight got stopped he had great submission defense.
Shelemenko wasn't impressive but that was a sick knee.
Khalidov is amazingly fun and I can't wait to see him again. Wow he has a future if he can drop to 185.
Lapsley impressed me as well the guy is defiantly solid.
So did Stumpf the guy is only 22 and has some real skills.
Lastly Dave Herman is one of the best looking HW's I've ever seen.
6'5 245 he and Big Foot Silva are 2 of the most athletic tall HW's out there.

Jason Guida is an absolute idiot. Are you serious....F*uckin shoving referees and refusing mouth peices? Not to mention that he really sucks. No skill or technique what so ever. What a joke.
Pee Wee is a beast, damn this guy is good. Everytime I see him scrap he's kickin someones ass in spectacular fasion. I feel a bandwagon comin on for this HW. I'd love to see him fight against Brett Rogers, Jarad Hamman, Suganuma, or Bigfoot.
And Khalidov...Damn this guy was doing some dynamic moves from the top and the bottom. Spinning back fists, Wheel kicks, punch combos, up kicks and generally kicking Guidas ass all over the cage. He's a what 205er? Uh huh, anyone see a Khalidov VS Feijao fight coming?
Good fights. And I hate Fancypants. He got a lucky elbow. Oliveria was closing in on him with his jitz.

Khalidov looks small for 205 and he weighed in at 200 lbs so I think he will need to drop down to 185.
I think Feijao would trash him just due to size.
